Equipment inspection:

Ignition method:
Turn on the power, adjust the fire valve, open the ignition switch, see the cabinet burner fire burning, open the main gas valve switch and steam cabinet fire adjustment valve that is to start normal work. After the fire is ignited, close the ignition switch and fire valve.
Operation process:
1、should always monitor the connection of the components for water leakage, gas leakage phenomenon.
2、Observe whether the combustion situation is good.

5、The equipment room should be kept well ventilated at all times.
6、Dry burning is strictly prohibited.
Ceasefire mode:
1、Normal ceasefire: After the use of the steam cabinet should be promptly closed after the supply valve and branch gas valve, and close the total gas valve, close the power supply. Wait for jiong for about 15 minutes, then you can open the steamer to take out the steamed rice or pasta.
2、non-normal ceasefire: water leakage, gas leakage, abnormal combustion and other situations must be promptly shut down the gas source, power supply, pending repair and treatment of normal before running.
Cleaning and maintenance:
1、When the mouth is finished using, the water and dirt in the evaporator must be removed clean.
2、Weekly regular cleaning scale.
